- ½ tablespoon whole black peppercorns cracked
- ½ tablespoon kosher salt
- ½ tablespoon smoked paprika
- ¼ tablespoon garlic powder
- ¼ tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary crushed
- ½ teaspoon ground thyme
- ⅓ teaspoon dry mustard powder
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Make the Dry Rub: In a small bowl or jar, combine cracked peppercorns, kosher salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, brown sugar, crushed rosemary, ground thyme, and dry mustard powder. Stir until well mixed.
