😃 Why You'll Love This Banana Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
- This is an easy recipe to make.
- Everyone will love it, even your kids.
- It's ready in less than 5 minutes.
- No added sugar.

Ingredients You'll Need
To make this creamy smoothie bowl, you will need a few simple ingredients:
- Frozen banana. Use a sliced, frozen banana to make this smoothie bowl thick and creamy. The consistency won't be as thick if you use a fresh banana.
- Strawberries, fresh or frozen. I like to use frozen strawberries because I like to have a super thick smoothie bowl. However, you could also use fresh strawberries.
- Milk. I used unsweetened almond milk, but you can use your preferred milk of choice, such as non-dairy or dairy milk. You can also use orange juice or coconut water instead.
- Honey or maple syrup. If you like a sweeter taste, feel free to add either honey or maple syrup. Just a little will do.
- Toppings. I topped this smoothie bowl with sliced banana, fresh strawberries, shredded coconut, and chia seeds.
