Ingredients

ripe banana
frozen, sliced
2
tablespoons
unsweetened almond milk
or milk of your choice
½
cup
strawberries
fresh or frozen
Optional Toppings for Smoothie Bowl

teaspoon
chia seeds
1
teaspoon
hemp hearts
½
ripe banana
sliced
fresh fruit
sliced or diced
granola
nuts or seeds
coconut
shredded
Instructions
Add frozen sliced banana and milk to a food processor or high-powered blender. Pulse or blend until the consistency is creamy.
Add ½ cup of strawberries and pulse until well blended. Stop and scrape the sides of the blender as needed.
Spoon the mixture into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.

If using fresh fruit, thicken it with a handful of ice cubes.
