Ingredients
- Thin chicken breast. You can find these in the meat department at your local grocery store. They are more expensive, so I always cut boneless chicken breasts myself. You can cut a skinless chicken breast in half or butterfly it. Either way, you will get a thin chicken breast that cooks perfectly in the air fryer.
- Olive oil. This gives the seasoning something to stick to, making the outside crispy. You can use avocado oil as well.
- Seasoning. My go-to is usually my Dry Rub For Smoked Chicken made with brown sugar, Roasted Garlic and Peppers Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper, but I wanted to do something different, so I used the Club House La Grill Wild Whiskey Smoked BBQ Seasoning. This is my latest favorite. You can also blend your favorite spices or use Cajun, Greek, or Italian seasoning.

How to air fry thin chicken breast
Step 1: Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F. Dry the chicken cutlets with paper towels. Brush the front and back of the thin chicken breasts with olive oil.
Step 2. Sprinkle your favorite seasoning rub over the chicken, front and back.
Step 3. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Leave some space between them. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through the cooking time. The internal temperature of the chicken needs to be 165 degrees F.
Step 4: Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite sides.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Club House La Grille Wild Whiskey Smoked BBQ Seasoning or Dry Rub For Chicken or your favorite chicken rub
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F.
- Brush the thin chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Season the chicken pieces all over with the Wild Whiskey Smoked BBQ seasoning or your favorite chicken rub.
- Place thin chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket and set the cooking time for 10 minutes, flipping chicken over halfway through.
