Ingredient Notes
This pumpkin iced coffee is made with just a handful of simple ingredients.

- Espresso. I used Starbucks espresso coffee to make a bold espresso.
- Milk. Use any milk. Go dairy or dairy-free. I used non-sweetened almond milk.
- Pumpkin puree. I used canned pumpkin puree.
- Maple syrup. I used organic, pure maple syrup.
- Vanilla extract. I used pure vanilla extract.
- Pumpkin pie spice. Use store-bought or make Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice.
- Ice cubes. I like using coffee ice cubes, so I don't get a watered-down latte. 😉
- Whipped cream. This is completely optional but makes the pumpkin drink extra decadent.
See the printable recipe card below for quantities and a full list of ingredients.
Substitutions
- Espresso - Use cooled, strong-brewed coffee or Cold Brew Coffee. You can also use a French press, Moka pot, or Nespresso machine.
- Milk - use skim milk, reduced-fat milk, whole milk, oat milk, or any plant-based milk.
- Pumpkin puree - you can use pumpkin pie filling; just reduce the syrup and spices.
- Maple syrup - use honey, vanilla simple syrup, or your favorite sweetener.
- Pumpkin Pie Spice - just use cinnamon.
- Whipped cream - use coconut cream.
- Vegan - use plant-based milk.
Variations
- Leave out the whipped cream to make this a skinny iced pumpkin spice latte.
- Drizzle caramel sauce or chocolate sauce on top of the whipped cream for extra flavor.
- Not a fan of coffee? No problem! You can make a delicious Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Latte using chai tea instead of espresso.
- Top it with Pumpkin Cold Foam instead of whipped cream.
