This easy recipe is similar to my Air Fryer Broccoli Recipe, but I used fresh cauliflower and some different seasonings. You don't even need cheese sauce!

- Broccoli florets. I used half a head of fresh broccoli.
- Cauliflower florets. I used half a head of fresh cauliflower.
- I love using olive oil or avocado oil spray, but you could also use vegetable oil or coconut oil.
- Seasoning. I used a simple seasoning of sea salt, black pepper, and lemon pepper seasoning. You could also use fresh garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, or your favorite seasoning blends.
- Fresh lemon juice. While optional, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice lifts the flavors beautifully! I recommend trying it for yourself!
How To Make Air Fryer Broccoli and Cauliflower

- Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees F.
- Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite-size florets and rinse with water in a colander.
- Place vegetables in a large bowl and toss with olive oil.
- Mix sea salt, black pepper, and lemon pepper seasoning together and sprinkle on the veggies. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place broccoli and cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8 minutes at 380 F, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time. When done, they’ll be slightly crisp on the outside but tender when pierced with a fork.
