🍓 Recipe Ingredients
This is the easiest recipe; everything you need can be found at your local grocery store.
Ingredient Notes:
- Strawberries. Fresh strawberries will give you the best flavor, but you could also use frozen strawberries.
- Sugar. I used granulated sugar, but powdered sugar or your favorite sugar substitute could also be used. If your strawberries are already very sweet, you may not need as much sugar.
- Lemon juice. Freshly squeezed lemon juice will give you the best flavor, but you could also use bottled lemon juice or lime juice.
- Heavy cream. Just a little bit is needed to achieve the super creamy texture. You could also use half-and-half or whole milk.

🍨 How to Make Ninja Creami Strawberry Sorbet
Step-By-Step Instructions
Step 1: Wash and dry your strawberries and remove the stems. Cut the strawberries in half.
Step 2: Place strawberries, granulated sugar, heavy whipping cream, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Step 3: Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Make sure it doesn't go over the MAX FILL line. Place storage lid securely. Place the container upright in the freezer for 24 hours.
Step 4: Remove the pint from the freezer and remove the lid. Place pint container in the outer bowl and lock on the outer bowl lid. Place bowl assembly onto the Ninja Creami motor base and turn the handle to the right to raise the platform and lock it in place.
Select SORBET setting on the Ninja Creami control panel. Allow the Ninja Creami to run for the full cycle - this will take about 2 minutes. Once the sorbet is done churning, turn off the Ninja Creami and remove the container from the motor base. Scoop up the sorbet with an ice cream scoop and serve immediately. Enjoy!
Top Tip
If your sorbet looks crumbly after the first spin, select the RE-SPIN function on the Ninja Creami control panel to process the mixture again so it becomes smooth and creamy.
