- Powdered sugar, also known as confectioner's sugar or icing sugar, is used for rolling the cookie dough balls. You can use granulated sugar instead if you like.

- Step 2: Place the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil into a large mixing bowl. Use an electric hand mixer to mix the ingredients together for about 2 minutes, until a stiff and thick dough forms.
- Step 3: Place powdered sugar in a small bowl.
