Thesefudgy Chocolate Crinkle Cookieswith Cake Mix are incredibly moist. With just four ingredients, you can whip up a batch of these chewy cookies in less than 30 minutes!
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350℉. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Step 2: Place the cake mix, 2 eggs, and ⅓ cup of vegetable oil into a large mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to mix the ingredients for about 2 minutes, until a stiff and thick dough forms.
Step 3: Place ½ cup of powdered sugar in a small bowl.
Step 4: Use a cookie scoop or spoon to scoop up the dough and form it into 1-inch balls. Drop the cookie dough balls into the powdered sugar. Roll them around until they are completely covered.
Step 5: Place the cookie balls onto a large baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Place the cookies about 2 inches apart as they will spread out quite a bit. You will need to use 2 cookie sheets, or cook them in batches.
Step 6: Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until they are set. Smaller cookies will take 7-9 minutes. Do not overbake. They will puff up and then deflate.
Step 7: Leave the cookieson the baking sheet for 5 minutes to cool before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
