This strawberry banana smoothie is a quick and creamy blend of real fruit, milk, and vanilla - made in just 5 minutes with no added sugar or yogurt. It’s the perfect on-the-go breakfast or quick snack.
Add the banana, frozen strawberries, milk, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again.
Pour into a glass, mason jar, or to-go cup and serve immediately. If desired, garnish with a fresh strawberry. Enjoy!

Notes
Frozen strawberries help thicken the smoothie without needing to add ice, which can water down the flavor.
Overripe bananas work best and provide plenty of natural sweetness - no added sugar needed.
If using fresh strawberries, add a handful of ice cubes to chill and thicken the smoothie.
Any milk can be used, including dairy, oat, soy, or coconut - use what you have on hand.
Leftover smoothie can be stored in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir before drinking.
