This Starbucks Iced White Chocolate Mocha copycat recipe is the perfect summer treat! It's easy to make with just a few ingredients and costs significantly less than the coffee shop version.
Prepare the vanilla simple syrup: In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the white sugar and water until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and whisk in the vanilla extract. Cool completely. Store in the fridge in an airtight container or jar until ready to use.
Blend espresso and white chocolate: Add 2 shots ofespresso and melted white chocolate into a blender and blend until smooth.
Assemble your iced white chocolate mocha: Take a large glass and fill it ⅔ of the way with ice cubes. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla simple syrup, the espresso and white chocolate mixture, and ½ cup of milk to the glass. Top with whipped cream if desired.
