This Slow Cooker Baileys Fudge recipe has just the right balance of chocolate and unmistakable Irish cream flavor. It's the perfect sweet treat to indulge in during the holiday season or anytime. It even makes a great gift!
Add 1½ cups of white chocolate chips, 1½ cups of dark chocolate chips, one can of sweetened condensed milk, and one tablespoon of butter to the slow cooker. Stir to mix slightly.
Set your slow cooker to low. Cover with the lid and cook for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Once the chocolate is completely melted, turn off the slow cooker and stir in ½ cup of Baileys Irish Cream and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Place aluminum foil inside an 8x8-inch baking dish. Spray it lightly with cooking spray.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until set.
Once set, lift the fudge out and cut into squares. Serve and enjoy!
