This thick peach smoothie bowl is perfect for a quick and easy breakfast. It contains two to three servings of fruit, no added sugar, and is vegan and gluten-free.
2tablespoonsunsweetened coconut milkor milk of your choice
½cuppeachesfresh or frozen

½ripe bananasliced
fresh fruitsliced or diced
1teaspoonchia seeds
1teaspoonhemp hearts
granola
nuts or seeds

Instructions
Add 1 frozen sliced banana and 2 tablespoons of milk to a food processor or high-powered blender. Pulse or blend until you have a smooth and creamy consistency.
Add the peaches and pulse again until well blended.
Spoon the smoothie into a bowl, and top with your favorite toppings.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

Use ripe peaches.
Blend the banana and milk first, before adding the peaches. The frozen banana takes a little bit of time to break up and turn creamy.
If you want a thinner consistency, add a little bit more milk.
