Stay cool with ultra-creamy Ninja Creami Strawberry Ice Cream. It’s packed with fresh strawberry flavor, made with just 5 ingredients, and has zero egg yolks - homemade ice cream doesn’t get any easier.
1cupstrawberries (fresh, or slightly thawed frozen berries)(about 16 berries)
1cupwhole milk(Fairlife 2% or 3.25% work great)
½cupheavy cream
⅓cupsugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Mix and Blend: Combine the strawberries, whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until completely smooth. (Tip: If using rock-hard frozen berries, let them sit on the counter for 5 minutes before blending).
Fill the Pint: Pour the smooth strawberry mixture into an empty Ninja Creami pint container up to the MAX FILL line. Enjoy any small amount of leftover base with a spoon! Seal with the lid.
Freeze: Place the pint container upright on a level surface in your freezer. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
Spin: Remove the lid and place the pint into the Ninja Creami outer bowl assembly. Lock on the lid assembly, place onto the motor base, and lock it into position. Press the ICE CREAM button.
Re-Spin if needed: If the ice cream looks crumbly after the first spin, add a tablespoon of milk or cream to the center and press RE-SPIN.
Serve: Scoop and serve immediately, or use the MIX-IN function to add extras like white chocolate chips or graham cracker crumbs. Enjoy!

Notes
Want it extra rich? You can substitute half-and-half for the whole milk, but the 1:1 ratio of milk to strawberries keeps this version incredibly fresh and bright.
Let the pint sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before spinning for the creamiest texture without needing as many re-spins.
