Mixed Berry Cottage Cheese Smoothie
This mixed berry cottage cheese smoothie is packed with protein-rich cottage cheese and frozen berries. It makes the perfect quick breakfast on busy mornings—and has 10 grams of protein per serving!

Ingredients

cup
cottage cheese
1
cup
frozen mixed berries
½
banana
¼
cup
milk
dairy milk or plant milk
1
tablespoon
honey
or your favorite sweetener
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Add cottage cheese, frozen fruit, half of a banana, milk, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
Secure the lid tightly and blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Stop the blender, scrape down the sides, and check the consistency. If it is too thick, add more milk, one tablespoon at a time, and blend briefly.
Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.

: Add a tablespoon of ground flaxseed or chia seeds for extra fiber.
