Make your own Starbucks-style Mango Dragonfruit LemonadeRefresher at home with this easy copycat recipe! This refreshing drink is made with fresh mango and dragon fruit, and tastes even better than the original!
Make the dragonfruit base by combining the diced dragonfruit, mango, sugar, water, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Once it comes to a boil, turn the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally, and use a potato masher to crush up the fruit as it cooks. Add the dragonfruit powder and mix to combine.
Pour the fruit mixture into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour the dragonfruit base into a mason jar and cool in the refrigerator before using.
To assemble the dragonfruit lemonade refresher, fill a Boston shaker or cocktail shaker with 1 cup of ice cubes, and add ½ cup of the dragonfruit base, ½ cup of lemonade, ½ teaspoon of green coffee bean powder, and a few dried dragonfruit pieces. Secure the lid and shake for 20-30 seconds.
Remove the lid and pour the entire mixture into a tall glass. Add more ice cubes if you like and garnish with more dried dragonfruit pieces. Repeat with the second cup. Serve immediately and enjoy!
