Ingredients

vanilla yogurt
Greek or regular yogurt

cup
coconut milk

cup
orange juice

ripe banana
fresh or frozen

ice cubes
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender: Greek yogurt, coconut milk, orange juice, banana, mango, and ice cubes.
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour in a glass and serve immediately.

Notes
If using fresh mangoes, make sure they are ripe.
Add less milk for a thicker smoothie, or use a frozen banana and frozen mango.
For a thinner smoothie, add more milk.
Add a tablespoon of peanut butter or chia seeds for extra protein.
