Ingredients

strawberries
fresh or frozen

peaches, sliced
fresh or frozen

almond milk
unsweetened, or milk of choice

cup
vanilla yogurt
Greek or regular

teaspoon
honey
or maple syrup or agave syrup (optional)

ice (if using fresh fruit)

Instructions
LAYER
: Add almond milk, yogurt, honey, strawberries, and peaches to a blender.
BLEND:
Start on low, then increase to high speed. Blend until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
ADJUST:
For a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again. For thinner consistency, add more liquid.
SERVE:
Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh fruit slices if desired. Enjoy!

Notes
If using frozen fruit, reduce or omit ice cubes.
Greek yogurt adds extra protein.
Add 1 tablespoon of flax seeds or chia seeds for a fiber boost.
A handful of spinach can be added without changing flavor.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours in an airtight container.
