This Dulce de Leche Mousse is rich, creamy, and ridiculously easy to make. With just three ingredients and a few minutes of prep, it chills into a light, airy dessert that's perfect for making ahead.

Instructions
In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until it forms soft peaks. Add the vanilla extract and whip until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, add the can of dulce de leche and a spoonful of whipping cream. Mix on low speed until blended. Add another scoop of whipped cream and mix until blended. Transfer the dulce de leche mixture to the bowl with the whipped cream. Gently combine until well-mixed and no streaks are visible.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
Serve and garnish with chocolate shavings, sea salt, or a drizzle of extra caramel sauce, if desired.
