Chocolate-Covered Strawberries for Valentine's Day

Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh strawberries
- 6 oz dark chocolate melting wafers
- 6 oz white chocolate melting wafers
Instructions
- Prepare Strawberries: Wash and thoroughly dry strawberries, including under the leaves. Let them air dry completely.
- Melt Chocolate: Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, microwave, or air fryer. Stir frequently until melted and smooth. *See NOTES below.
- Dip Strawberries: Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate. Turn to coat evenly. Let excess chocolate drip off. Place on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
- Add Toppings: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with desired toppings such as nuts or sprinkles.
- Drizzle Chocolate: Use a piping bag with a small round tip to drizzle extra melted chocolate over the dipped strawberries.
- Set: Refrigerate strawberries on a baking sheet for 15 minutes or until the chocolate is firm. Enjoy!

- Ensure strawberries are completely dry for the chocolate to stick.
- Hold the bowl at an angle for easier dipping.
