These smoked sausages on a pellet grill are juicy and full of fantastic smoky flavor. With no prep needed, they're perfect for a quick and easy meal your family will love.
Place sausages directly on the grill grates of your smoker. Close the lid and smoke them for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, flip them over and smoke for 30 minutes more. Cook the sausage until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Brush with your favorite BBQ sauce the last 5 minutes of smoking time if desired, then remove them from the grill and serve with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!

Room Temperature: Let the sausages sit at room temperature while the pellet smoker is preheating.
