Peanut Hoisin Sauce
is an excellent dipping sauce for fresh spring rolls with the perfect blend of sweet and salty flavor. It comes together in less than five minutes with just a handful of simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Hoisin sauce
¼
cup
peanut butter
¼
cup
water

tablespoon
rice vinegar
1
tablespoon
chopped peanuts for garnish
optional

teaspoon
sesame seeds for garnish
optional
Instructions
In a small bowl, add Hoisin sauce, peanut butter, water, and rice vinegar.
Mix with a whisk until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a serving dish.
Add chopped peanuts or sesame seeds for garnish and serve!
Notes
For a thicker hoisin sauce dip, use less water; for a thinner sauce, add more water.
Sweeten with honey for a sweeter sauce. Add a small amount at a time.
Serve the sauce warm or at room temperature.
If using natural peanut butter, use warm water to help mix it more easily.
