This easy Baked Brie Cheese With Honey recipe is a simple, elegant appetizer perfect for special occasions. Melted brie cheese is drizzled with a sweet layer of honey. Serve with crackers, grapes, or toasted bread slices!
Place an entire wheel of brie on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut off the top rind. Do not cut it off the side or the bottom; otherwise, the melted cheese will run all over.
Drizzle a thin layer of honeyover the top of the cheese and top with chopped pecans.
