¼cupbrown sugar(packed)
¼cupgranulated sugar

¼teaspoonsalt
¼cupunsalted butter(cold and cubed)
Optional for serving: Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
Instructions
Prep the peaches: In a mixing bowl, toss sliced peaches with brown sugar, flour, lemon juice, vanilla, and cinnamon until coated.
Make the topping: In another bowl, mix rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt. Add cold butter and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to blend until the mixture is crumbly.
Assemble: Lightly grease a small baking dish that will fit in your air fryer basket. Add the peach filling and spread the topping evenly over the top.
Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Air fry for 15 - 18 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.
Cool & serve: Let the crisp cool for 5-10 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
Use ripe peaches for the best flavor - slightly soft to the touch but not mushy.
No need to peel the peaches unless you really want to - skins soften as they cook.
Watch the topping: If it browns too quickly, cover with foil near the end.
Mini version? Use ramekins and reduce the cook time to 10–13 minutes.
Leftovers: Store in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer.
