Preheat your air fryer to 360ºF. If your model doesn't have a preheat button, just run it for 3-5 minutes at that temperature.
Place frozen chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Place frozen chicken breasts in the basket in a single layer. Brush tops with olive oil. In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, garlic powder, Roasted Garlic and Peppers seasoning, paprika, onion powder, chili powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle generously over the chicken.
Air fry the chicken for 6 minutes at 360℉. Break the chicken apart with a knife and flip it over with tongs. Brush the top of the chicken with olive oil and apply dry rub again. Air fry for an additional 4 minutes at 360℉.
Flip the chicken over and increase the temperature to 380℉. Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through. Insert an instant-read thermometer into the thickest part of the breast. Once it reaches 165°F, the chicken is done.
Let the chicken rest for 3-5 minutes before serving with your favorite vegetables, salad, or over rice.

Notes
Cooking times vary by air fryer model and thickness of chicken. Always check with a thermometer, not the clock.
Frozen chicken cooks best when the breasts are similar in size.
Leftovers store well in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave.
The chicken rub makes a large batch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in a cool, dark place and use it on my other chicken recipes.
