Easy Air Fryer Corn on the Cob combines fresh sweet corn with butter or oil, salt, and pepper for a quick side dish with tender kernels and lightly roasted edges.
Pat the corn dry and brush each ear with olive oil or melted butter, then season with salt and pepper on all sides.
Preheat your air fryer to 380℉.
Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 380°F for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the kernels are tender and lightly golden in spots.
Transfer the corn to a platter and brush with extra butter if desired.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Corn. Fresh corn works best, but frozen corn can also be used with a few extra minutes of cook time.
Seasoning. Add chili powder, lime juice, parmesan, cotija, smoked paprika, or garlic butter for extra flavor.
Leftovers. Store leftover corn in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer until warmed through.
