2cupscherry tomatoes, sliced in halfor 3 large tomatoes, chopped

For The Greek Dressing
¼cupolive oil
3tablespoonswhite wine vinegaror red wine vinegar
1teaspoonDijon mustard
2cloves garlicminced
½teaspoondried oregano
½teaspoonsea salt

Instructions
Combine the sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, sliced onion, and chopped fresh basil in a large salad bowl.

Gently toss the vegetables together until mixed.
Whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl or measuring cup.
