Starbucks Toasted White Chocolate Mocha
Skip the long line and make this delicious Starbucks Copycat Toasted White Chocolate Mocha at home. Combine rich espresso with caramelized white chocolate and steamed milk, then top it off with whipped cream and festive holiday sugar sparkles. It tastes just as good, if not better, than the original!

Ingredients
- 1-2 shots espresso or strong-brewed coffee
- ½ cup milk steamed and frothed
- 2 tablespoon white chocolate or white chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoon caramel sauce or dulce de leche
- pinch of sea salt optional
- whipped cream optional
- sugar sprinkles optional
- white chocolate shavings optional
- extra white chocolate sauce for drizzle optional
Instructions
- Brew Coffee: Brew espresso using your preferred method: espresso machine, Moka pot, or strong-brewed coffee. Heat milk using a milk frother or warm it on the stove over low heat. Do not boil.
- Make White Chocolate Sauce: Place 2 tablespoons of white chocolate in a heat-proof bowl. Melt in the air fryer for 2 minutes at 200°F or in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. Add caramel sauce and 1 tablespoon of steamed milk. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble Drink: In a heat-safe mug, pour the white chocolate sauce, followed by hot espresso and sea salt. Add heated, frothed milk.
- Add Optional Toppings: Top with whipped cream, a garnish of white chocolate sauce (or extra caramel drizzle), red sugar sprinkles, and shaved white chocolate if desired. Enjoy!

Notes
This recipe will make a short drink (236 mL). Double or triple the ingredients to make it larger.
- If you don't have an espresso machine, use dark roast coffee to make strong coffee.
- Make the steamed milk first before the white chocolate sauce so you can thin the sauce as soon as the chocolate is melted with the hot milk.
- Adjust the sweetness of the drink by using more or less toasted white chocolate sauce.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator in a jar or airtight container for up to 2 days. Shake well before serving.
