Marinate the Shrimp: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the shrimp and toss until they are evenly coated with the marinade. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes. If using wooden or bamboo skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Make the Shrimp Skewers: Preheat your air fryer to 360℉. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers, spacing them out slightly so they cook evenly.
