Make Ahead Twice-Baked Mashed Potatoes

Creamy, cheesy, bacon-loaded mashed potatoes you can make ahead and bake when ready. The perfect side dish for holidays, weeknights, or family dinners.

INGREDIENTS: -potatoes -bacon -butter -sour cream -milk -onion powder -garlic powder -black pepper -seasoning salt -cheddar cheese -green onions

Bake whole potatoes at 400°F for 45–60 minutes until fork-tender. No peeling or chopping needed.

Once cooked, cut potatoes into quarters and mash with cold butter. Leave some small lumps for texture.

Add sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine—don’t overmix.

Stir in crispy bacon, shredded cheddar, and green onions. Save some for topping.

 Spoon into a greased 9x13 dish. Smooth the top and sprinkle with reserved cheese, bacon, and green onions.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until heated through and the top is golden and bubbly.
