Smoked Ham  on Pellet Grill

Sweet, smoky, and easy to make. This smoked ham will be the star of any holiday table.

– ham  – olive oil – BBQ rub – orange juice - maple syrup - brown sugar - ketchup - Dijon mustard - apple cider vinegar - cinnamon

Ingredients

Brush with olive oil and coat the ham with BBQ rub. Place it cut side down in a foil pan. Add orange juice to keep it juicy.

Instructions

Smoke at 225°F uncovered for about 2 hours, until it hits 130°F–135°F internal temp.

Simmer maple syrup, brown sugar, ketchup, Dijon mustard, vinegar, and cinnamon. Set aside some to serve later.

Brush on glaze once the ham hits 130°F. Reapply every 30 minutes until it reaches 140°F.

Let it rest under foil for 15 minutes. Slice and serve with extra glaze. Smoky, sweet, juicy perfection. This smoked ham is made for sharing.
