White Chili  Recipe


Switch up your comfort food routine and make this White Chili recipe. Packed with tender chicken, white beans, and just the right kick of spice, it's a hearty meal your whole family will love!

All that is required to make this delicious chili is: -chicken breasts (or rotisserie chicken to make it quicker) -olive oil -onion -garlic -chicken broth -cumin -chili powder -oregano -salt -black pepper -cayenne pepper -onion powder -white kidney beans -cream cheese -corn -cornstarch -water

Brown chicken breasts in a Dutch oven.

Add onion and garlic.

Add chicken broth, green chilis, cumin, chili powder, oregano, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Simmer until the chicken is cooked.

Remove the chicken from the Dutch oven and place it on a cutting board. Shred it with two forks.

Add white beans, cream cheese, corn, and chicken to the pot. Add a slurry of cornstarch and water to thicken if desired.

Serve with your favorite toppings such as tortilla chips, sliced avocado, shredded cheese, and sliced jalapenos.
