Twice Baked  Potato Casserole Recipe


This easy make ahead twice baked potato casserole recipe is the perfect side dish! This is an easy and delicious recipe that everyone will love. It's perfect for family gatherings, BBQs, and it goes with anything!

All that is required to make this delicious recipe is: -potatoes -bacon -butter -sour cream -milk -onion powder -garlic powder -black pepper -seasoning salt -cheddar cheese -green onions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Pierce potatoes with a fork, and place on the top rack of your oven.

When the potatoes are fully cooked, remove them from the oven.

Dice potatoes and combine with butter, milk, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the potatoes.

Mash the potatoes and add bacon, cheese, and green onion.

Mix the ingredients until just combined.

Transfer the potato mixture into a greased casserole dish.

 Top with cheese, bacon, and green onion. At this point, cover and place in the fridge, or pop it back in the oven.

Bake until hot and bubbly.
