Traeger Smoked Salmon

This EASY Traeger Smoked Salmon is incredibly juicy and flavorful - thanks to the dry brine and homemade dry rub. This simple recipe can be made in any pellet grill.

-salmon fillet  -brown sugar -kosher salt    -paprika -garlic powder -onion powder -black pepper

Cover the salmon fillet in dry brine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Rinse the liquid and dry brine off the fillets and put back in the fridge to form a pellicle.

Preheat your smoker. Sprinkle dry rub on top of the fillets.

Smoke on the pellet grill until the salmon is fully cooked.
