– 3 cups pumpkin puree or canned pumpkin – 2 cups brown sugar -4 eggs – 1½ cups evaporated milk – 2 tsp ground cinnamon – ½ tsp ground ginger – 1 tsp ground nutmeg – ½ tsp salt -pie crust
In a large bowl, beat eggs lightly. Whisk in pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Stir until well combined. Whisk in evaporated milk until well combined
Pour filling evenly between two pie shells.
