– 1½ pounds lean ground beef – 1 tbsp olive oil – 1 onion diced – 3 garlic cloves diced – 3-4 tbsp taco seasoning

Ingredients

– 8 large flour tortillas – 8 small flour tortillas – 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded – 2 cups lettuce shredded – 1 tomato diced – 40-48 Doritos chips, about 5-6 for each crunchwrap – 1 cup sour cream Optional but Delicious Ingredients: – 1 avocado diced – 1 bell pepper diced – ½ cup salsa

Ingredients

– In a large skillet, add olive and ground beef. Cook over medium-high heat with onion and garlic. Once no pink is left in the meat and the onion is translucent, drain off any excess grease.

Instructions

Mix the taco seasoning with water and add to the cooked ground meat. Stir until combined.

Place a large tortilla on a flat surface. Place about 1/2 cup of taco meat in the center of the tortilla, and then add a layer of cheese on top of that.

Place Doritos in a circle around the taco meat.

Top with a drizzle of sour cream and salsa (if desired).

Top with lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper, and avocado or any other toppings.

Place a small tortilla shell over the filling ingredients that are in the center of the tortilla.

Fold up the edges of the flour tortilla over everything. You should now have a hexagon-shaped tortilla with your fillings inside.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Carefully place the crunchwrap folded side down onto the hot pan surface. Cook for 1-2 minutes until browned on one side. Flip it over, and cook the other side until it is golden brown, approximately 1-2 minutes.

Repeat with your remaining homemade crunchwraps until you've made as many as you need!
