Easy  Sugar Cookies Recipe (Air Fryer & Oven)

Air Fryer Sugar Cookies are soft and chewy and absolutely divine. They are made in one bowl and come out perfectly cooked in less than 6 minutes! These cookies have just the right amount of sweetness and hold their shape perfectly. 

All that is required to make this delicious treat is: -Butter -Sugar -Sour cream -Egg -Vanilla Extract -Almond Extract -Flour -Baking Powder -Salt -Powdered Sugar -Milk

Use an electric mixer on low speed to cream together the butter and sugar in a large bowl.

Add the sour cream and a large egg and beat until combined.

Add the vanilla extract and almond extract and mix until smooth.

Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to the same bowl as the wet ingredients.

Mix with an electric mixer on low speed until combined.

Roll out the homemade cookie dough with a rolling pin until it is about ¼-inch thick. Use your favorite cookie cutters to cut out shapes.

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F. Air fry cookies until the edges start to turn slightly golden brown.  

Mix powdered sugar with vanilla extract, butter, and milk with an electric mixer.

Separate the icing into a small bowl and add a drop or two of food coloring to tint the icing.

Decorate your cookies as desired with frosting or icing.
