Stuffed Bell Pepper Recipe

Make dinner delicious with this easy Stuffed Bell Pepper reipe! Sweet bell peppers are stuffed with a mixture of beef, rice, and cheese, and baked until the cheese is bubbly. This is a family favorite that everyone will love!

All that is required to make these delicious stuffed peppers are: -bell peppers -ground beef -onion -garlic -rice -marinara sauce -Italian seasoning -mozzarella cheese

First, place some marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish, and place the peppers on top. Bake for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook ground beef, diced onion, and garlic in a skillet on the stove until no pink remains.

Add in the leftover rice. Stir until heated through.

Add in your favorite marinara sauce and Italian seasoning and mix well. Heat for 1-2 minutes.

Take your peppers out of the oven and spoon the cooked ground beef mixture into the peppers.

Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake until bubbly.
