Ingredients: -canned pineapple -chicken broth -soy sauce -brown sugar -garlic -ginger -olive oil -chicken -salt -pepper -red onion -red bell pepper -cornstarch + water

Mix pineapple juice, chicken broth, and soy sauce in a small bowl.

Add brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Mix well. Set aside.

Heat oil in a large wok or skillet. Cook chicken until brown. Add onion and pepper.

Add the pineapple chunks and stir to combine. Add the pineapple sauce.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onion.
