Starbucks Copycat Iced White Chocolate Mocha

For the Vanilla Simple Syrup – 1 cup water – ½ cup white sugar – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract For the Iced White Chocolate Mocha – 1 tbsp vanilla simple syrup – 2 shots espresso or strong coffee – ¼ cup white chocolate – ½ cup milk – 1 cup ice – whipped cream

For the vanilla simple syrup In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the white sugar and water until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and whisk in the vanilla extract. Cool completely. Store in the fridge in an airtight container or jar until ready to use.

Blend espresso and white chocolate: Add 2 shots of espresso and melted white chocolate into a blender and blend until smooth

Assemble your iced white chocolate mocha: Take a large glass and fill it ⅔ of the way with ice cubes. Add 1 tbsp vanilla simple syrup.

Add the blended coffee mixture.

Add milk of your choice.

Top with whipped cream if desired.
