Smoked Turkey  Recipe


This Smoked Turkey Recipe is so easy to make, your smoker does all the work! If you want a turkey that is super juicy and full of flavor, then you will want to make this Thanksgiving smoked turkey!

Ingredients: –Whole turkey -Olive oil -Dry spice rub 

Preheat the smoker. Mix the ingredients for the homemade dry spice rub together in a small bowl.

Rub olive oil over the entire turkey, including underneath the skin on the turkey breast. 

Sprinkle spice rub over the entire turkey, including underneath. Use your fingers to get it everywhere.

Place prepared turkey directly on the rack of the pellet grill.

Smoke the turkey until the internal temperature of the turkey breast is 165 degrees F, and the thigh is 175 degrees F.

Allow the turkey to rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving.
