There's nothing quite like smoked pork chops. They're thick, juicy, and full of flavor. Not to mention, they're really easy to make in an electric smoker!
– 4 pork chops – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 3 tablespoons dry pork rub
Preheat the smoker to 250°F. Rub pork chops with olive oil
Apply spice rub liberally, covering the entire pork chop.
Place pork chops directly on the grill grates.
Close the lid and smoke for about one hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F in the thickest part of the meat.
Remove the pork chops from the smoker and let rest for 5 minutes.
Serve with your favorite side dishes.
