Smoked Jalapeno Popper Recipe


Crispy, cheesy, and just a little bit spicy—these homemade Jalapeño Poppers are the ultimate appetizer! Filled with a cheesy mixture and wrapped in bacon, they're always a favorite!

Ingredients: - Jalapeno peppers – Cream cheese  – Cheddar cheese  – Smoked paprika –Garlic powder – Bacon slices –Red pepper flakes

Preheat your grill. Put on gloves, and slice jalapenos in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and the white membrane.

Combine cream cheese cheddar cheese, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. 

Fill each jalapeño with the cheese mixture and wrap with bacon.

Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top of the peppers if desired.

 Place jalapeno poppers in the grill. Cook for 60-90 minutes, or until the peppers soften and the bacon is cooked through and crispy.
