Smoked Corn on the Cob is perfectly cooked, super juicy, and SO flavorful. The unique flavor of the smoke infused in each tender kernel of corn makes this the best-tasting corn ever. Plus it is so easy to make!
– 4 pieces corn on the cob husked – 4 tbsp butter or margarine – 1/2 tsp salt – 1/4 tsp pepper
– Preheat the smoker to 225°F. –Grab some aluminum foil and tear it off into 12-inch squares. -Place the corn on the foil.
Add 1 tbsp of butter on top of the corn.
Add salt and pepper to each cob of corn.
Roll up the corn cob in the square of tin foil and fold the ends of the tin foil down.
Place the foil-wrapped corn on the pellet smoker at 225 degrees F. Let it smoke for one hour.
Remove with tongs and serve.
