Smoked Chicken Thighs

Smoked chicken thighs are so easy to cook on the pellet grill! And once you taste how delicious and juicy these thighs are, you’ll never want to cook them any other way. The flavor is unbeatable!

All that is required is chicken thighs, olive oil, and some basic pantry ingredients for a dry rub.

Drizzle the chicken thighs all over with olive oil. Apply the dry rub liberally to the chicken thighs.

Once the smoker comes up to temperature, place the chicken thighs directly on the preheated grill.

Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. This should take about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Remove the chicken thighs from the pellet grill and place on a serving platter. 

Let the thighs rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to reincorporate into the meat.
