Smoked Brisket  on  Pellet Grill

Ingredients: -beef brisket -red wine (or juice) -brisket rub

Season the entire brisket with the homemade brisket rub.

Smoke the brisket on the pellet grill for 4-7 hours.

Remove the brisket from the grill and pour red wine (or juice) into each pan. Cover.

Cook brisket in oven for 8-14 hours.

The brisket is ready when a knife easily penetrates through the meat when dropped overhead.

Let the smoked brisket rest for 10-15 minutes, then slice and serve.
