Smoked  Beer Can  Chicken

All that is required to make this easy recipe is: -whole chicken -beer -olive oil -your favorite chicken rub or try my 5 🌟homemade rub for smoked chicken.

Preheat your pellet grill to 250°F. Brush olive oil on the outside of the chicken.

Apply the dry rub generously over the entire chicken, including inside the cavity.

Open a can of beer and pour out half of the beer. Lower the chicken onto the can, and place it directly on the grill. Insert a meat thermometer. Close the lid and let it smoke.

Once the chicken is fully cooked, carefully remove it from the smoker.

Let rest for 5-10 minutes, serve with your favorite sides, and enjoy!
