Smoked  Beer Can  Chicken


Get ready to wow at your next BBQ with this Smoked Beer Can Chicken recipe! The beer adds moisture and flavor, making the chicken unbelievably juicy and tender, while the smoke adds amazing flavor.

Preheat your pellet grill to 250°F. Brush olive oil on the outside of the chicken.

Apply the dry rub generously over the entire chicken, including inside the cavity.

Open a can of beer and pour out half of the beer. Lower the chicken onto the can, and place it directly on the grill. Insert a meat thermometer. Close the lid and let it smoke.

Once the chicken is fully cooked, carefully remove it from the smoker.

Let rest for 5-10 minutes, serve with your favorite sides, and enjoy!
