-beef ribs -mustard -beef rib rub -apple juice -barbecue sauce

INGREDIENTS

STEP-BY-STEP  INSTRUCTIONS

Brush mustard over the entire ribs and cover generously with pork rub.

Smoke ribs for 3 hours directly on grill grates of pellet smoker.

Wrap in butcher paper, add apple juice, and smoke until the internal temperature reaches 200-205 degrees F.

Remove from paper and brush with BBQ sauce. Smoke for 15-30 minutes more.
