Pumpkin Pie Bars Recipe


These Pumpkin Pie Bars are a twist on the classic dessert. Spiced pumpkin filling is baked on top of a buttery crust, then cut into convenient bars. Perfect for fall gatherings.

Ingredients: - graham crackers -butter -brown sugar -pumpkin pie spice -cream cheese -icing sugar -sour cream -vanilla -eggs -pumpkin puree

Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice with the melted butter and mix well.

Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a greased 8 x 8 baking pan.

Blend cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and eggs until smooth.

Pour 2 cups of the cheesecake batter over the graham crust in an even layer.

Mix the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice with the remaining cheesecake mixture. Pour over the vanilla cheesecake layer. Bake in the oven then chill.
