Olive Garden Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo Recipe


Recreate the magic of Olive Garden's Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo at home. Creamy Alfredo, tender chicken, and stuffed tortelloni make this recipe a family favorite!

INGREDIENTS -chicken breasts  -olive oil -garlic                -lemon -Italian seasoning  -salt + pepper   -butter -half-and-half   -Parmesan -cream cheese  -Asiago -cheese tortellini -mozza -Panko breadcrumbs

Pound chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness. Marinade in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt  pepper.

Grill the chicken for roughly 10 minutes per side on an outside grill or on the stove in a grill pan or heavey skillet.

Make the asiago alfredo sauce by combining butter, garlic, half-and-half, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and Parmesan and Asiago cheese in a large skillet.

Cook the cheese tortelloni (or tortellini) according to the package instructions. Drain and toss with oil.

Assemble the chicken tortelloni alfredo by layering tortellini, grilled chicken, and alfredo sauce. Top with Panko breadcrumbs and shredded mozzarella. Broil until golden brown.
